REFUND POLICY

 RETURNS

To request a return, go to our page under "About Us" and click the returns button. Please read the refund policy before doing so. 

We accept returns for refund of your original method of payment within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase and receiving your items, we will not offer a refund of original payment. We accept returns for online credit to Weatherly Grey Boutique only for non-final sale up to 10 calendar days from the date you receive your order. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase and receiving your items, we will not offer a refund, exchange, or online credit. 

 **Items on sale cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.**

----> SPECIAL ORDERS: Special orders placed are not able to be returned, refunded, or exchanged. If a special order is placed, it must be paid before being ordered.

----> GIVEAWAYS: Giveaways may not be exchanged unless it is for a different size that is in stock. ** Weatherly Grey Boutique has the right to refuse an exchange for any item that we give away. 

 

Returns must be issued as credit to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, returns will be issued in the form of online store credit to Weatherly Grey Boutique. 

If the customer requests a return and it is accepted, paying to ship the unwanted merchandise back to Weatherly Grey Boutique is the customers responsibility. 

***We must receive the unwanted merchandise within 7 days of the return being accepted, or it will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer. ***

 If any returns do not meet the above requirements, the customer will be contacted via phone or email and the items will be returned. The customer is subject to shipping costs. **Weatherly Grey Boutique reserves the right to refuse a refund if the items have any sign of wear, alteration, misuse, damage, or it is past the 7 and/or 10 days.**

 If you choose not to have your order re-delivered because we will not accept it for the above reasons, we can refund you the cost of the items for store credit only. But original shipping costs (if any), the undeliverable charge from the carrier, and a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit. 

 **IMPORTANT: Damages must be reported to us within 2 days of receiving your order or it will not be returned/refunded/exchanged.**
All merchandise is checked over by us before being shipped out to the customer. 

 To be eligible for a return, exchange, or online credit, your item(s) must be unused/unworn with the Weatherly Grey Boutique tag still attached, and in the original condition in which you received it. 

Shoes MUST be returned in the original box and have absolutely no sign of wear. Items returned with makeup, deodorant, or any other type of stain will be returned to you with additional shipping costs. Home decor and gift items must be returned in original packaging with no signs of use. 

***A receipt or proof of purchase is required.***

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged. Jewelry, hats, and sunglasses cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not accept gift cards or Final Sale/Clearance items to be returned or exchanged.

 Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. 

 Again, to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 ~We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit on returns.~

 REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or disapproval of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. 

If the customer request an exchange, then the item(s) received in exchange will be processed and shipped within 3 days of Weatherly Grey Boutique receiving the original, unwanted merchandise. 

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund 10 days from when you received an email that it was approved, please check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
